Day 1 Saturday
Arrival at Hedegårds from approx. 14.30
reception, explore accommodation and surroundings
evening-meal in restaurant
Day 2 Sunday
1st cycleday ‘Brattfallet’ (about 25 km paved road with short climbes on hilly terrain); at Brattfallet aangekomen possibility for a short walk (about 3 km) to the waterfall or a longer walk (marked, about 6 km) trough beautiful diverse area with lots of beaver-activity and information panels about the area (Swedish)

Day 3 Monday
daytime: visit to the predator-centre “The Big Four”;
a permanent display regarding the 4 big predators of Sweden and lots of information about the rest of the wildlife in the area (English spoken).

’evening: Moose-safari per Land Rover

Day 4 Tuesday
2nd cycleday ‘Grus väg’ (about. 30 km) gravel-roads through forests located directly in front of Hedegårds with a few short climbes. Plenty of opportunities for short walks from the road into the forest (unmarked)

Day 5 Wednesday
3rd cycleday ‘dressin’; for this cycle-experience you can leave your own bike at home. By means of so called 'dressins' (re-build railway lorries) you cycle over the last remaining piece of rail left of an extensive network of rail used for the transport of iron ore from the quarries to the kilns (6 km)
The last piece of track left lies between Stjärnfors and Hagfors where you can visit the small railway museum before you cycle back again.

Day 6 Thursday
Canoe-trip ‘Klarälven’; We transport you and your canoe along the Klarälven river, for a day-trip between 3 and 6 hours
You will paddle over the slowly running river (approx. 3/4 km per hour; so harmless). with ample opportunity to go swimming, fishing and/or picnic.
your journey ends at the dock directly behind Hedegårds
Day 7 Friday
4th cycleday ‘round the lakes’; an approx. 40 km trip around the twee bigger lakes just behind the village of Ekshärad (possible, extra 20 km to visit an old water-mill) paved- and gravel-roads on hilly terrain.

after a quiet breakfast; saying goodby
